Note to self and to anyone who loves mint: Once you get there you keep on coming back to it. No exceptions. Oh, the pale wonderland is a destination that enraptures, a bewitching sartorial "Never Never Land". Peppermint candied apples glowing on icy white linen tablecloths, dipping toes in transparent lagoons of pale Spring green. Serenely glimmers from the honeydew melon grass. Don't fool yourselves lads and lasses. Indulging in the fashion fairyland comes with the intoxicated sense of oblivion. Dark and black is wonderfully supressed till the coming of cold bleak Winter time, finding comfort in limbo within the magic box of powder shades and other-worldly mint abstraction. The foreshadowing of the denouement is not always a happy one but in this story the "Lost Boys -aka Nowhere heels- fallen out of their prams when the nurse wasn't looking" are collected from the fairy, flown to the Spring mint landscape and landed on my feet in harmonious existence with the inhabitans of Neverland till they'll be happily ever after adopted by the upcoming Winter.
