Deciding to write a few words about Chloé should be just as easy-going and cool for me being as the collection itself. Needless to remind you I'm a strong admirer of the house, so the Winter collection was another sartorial miracle for me. Clare Waight Keller created an eclectic and sophisticated collection infused with feminine detailing and no eccentrities or paradoxes. What is more, each and every of the thirty-three looks are masterfully injected with contemporary context combining poetic innocence with urban strength. The pastel-rainbow palette everpresent encompasses the slightly curved silhouettes and the voluptuous padded texturing. Contemplating the notion of British quilted cottons, Chloé imprinted it on dimensional knitwear, commiting to the traditional vision of the house maintaining flowy laces, soft leather skirts punctuated with French elegance and delicate tailoring. At the same time there's something to be said about reviews stating it was merely a game played safe, nothing covetable. Even Vogue proclaims that "The collection appeals to the Chloé girl - but that's if you're the Chloé girl". Well, shoot me! I'm a total Chloé girl!
